February 2021 Ideathon:
Event Schedule!
Below is the schedule for Inventavation's first ideathon from February 20 to 21, 2021! Mark your calendars, because this is going to be an exciting event!
Day 1: February 20th, 2021
9:00 am*
Introductions! Find out who your judges, workshop presenters, and other important people are!
10:00 am
Getting into Groups, Starting the Project! This is when you get into your Breakout Room with your group and start working on your project/presentation! There will also be one workshop in this time period!
12:00 pm
Lunch Break! Free time to chill, relax, recoup! We might also host activities during this time!
1:00 pm
Work time! At this time you'll be back with you group, continuing to work on your project/presentation! The remaining two workshops will be in this time period to help you with your project/presentation as well!
6:00 pm
Wrap up of Day 1! At this time we will remind all the participants of the schedule for Day 2 and go over how they will be scored and how winners will be picked for the Ideathon!

Last Day
Day 2: February 21st, 2021
9:00 am*
Welcome back & final work time! This will be the final opportunity to finish up your project and add finishing touches! Projects will be submitted in Google Classroom and the deadline is 12:30 PM PST!
12:30 pm
Presentation Schedule & Last Check ins! This time would include telling everyone the order of presentations (who goes first, second, etc.) and quickly checking in that everyone got their project/presentation turned in!
1:00 pm
Judge Introductions and Questions! During this time judges will be introducing themselves and they will answer any questions about themselves, their career, and more!
1:25 pm
Presentations! At this time participants will present their final project/presentation to the judges! We wish all the participants good luck in advance!
3:30 pm
Decision Time & Chill Time! During this time period the judges will confer amongst each other and decide the winners! Also this is a rest and chill time for all the participants after such a long day!
3:45 pm
Announcements & Conclusion! Aaand it's time to wrap up this amazing experience! This will be when the judges will announce the winners and prizes! This will also be a time where sponsors, workshop presenters, and judges will be appreciated and we will wrap up the February 2021 Ideathon by Inventavation!
